Top-class customer service

I have been dealing with Paul Grennan and Julie Ward for a mortgage that has not been entirely straightforward. Frankly, I am so impressed by the service I have received, that I felt compelled to drop you a line. I have not been this impressed or this happy with customer service for a long time, and you should know that Paul and Julie are an asset to your business. It was not just the positive result I was happy with, but also the fact that I was called when a promise was made to call me, emailed when a promise was made to email me and kept informed at every single stage.  Paul and Julie are friendly and knowledgeable professionals. Top-class customer service has become a rarity in many service industries, so it’s good to know that I chose well, when I chose Pembroke.
