Paul had a 16-year career with the large utility energy supplier, EDF Energy, managing a variety of functions in the contact centres. In 2017, he took a career change and joined the Financial Service industry as Mortgage and Protection Advisor with Countrywide Property Services, before moving on to a local independent Mortgage Broker in West Sussex, Compass Mortgages.

He specialises in providing advice on residential, buy-to-lets and specialist lending. He provides Equity Release advice as well as recommending related insurance products such as personal protection (life cover, income protection and family protection).
Paul is passionate about providing an excellent service to his clients. He strongly believes in treating people the way that he would expect to be treated. Paul has a good eye for detail and keeps up to date with the ever-changing mortgage market with continuous training and professional development.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys watching football, playing cricket and keeping fit at the gym. He loves spending time with his wife, family and friends. He enjoys travelling, going on holiday and is a keen snowboarder.
