Carol Mitchell

Carol has worked in financial services for over40 years predominantly in mortgages. She has been a mandated underwriter, a manager and a mortgage adviser. Her career started in a small local building society however following mergers and redundancies she went on to work for both the Halifax and Santander. Her passion is to give excellent customer service by building strong relationships, truly listening and helping her customers make their dreams become a reality- offering support whenever it is needed.

Following redundancy at the end of 2020 she became a team leader on the Census of 2021.This was a fixed term contract and she has now returned to the world of financial services. Prior to joining Pembroke Financial Services she was working at a second charge specialist broker.

Outside of work Carol enjoys socialising, shopping, going on holiday and over-indulging her great niece! She also enjoys walking and has taken part in Walk the Walk half marathon (against breast cancer charity) Cancer Research Race for Life and the Alzheimer’s Memory Walk all twice raising monies for charities which are close to her heart. In December 2019 she dressed up as a Dementia Memory Elf!
