I have worked in financial services for more than 20 years, starting at Lloyds Bank in 2001 as a telephony agent in a share-dealing contact centre. I found the job very rewarding because it helped clients and demanded attention to detail.
Between 2009 and 2012, I worked as a data analyst while studying for my Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, then joined a compliance team quality checking advice files.
After being made redundant from Lloyds Bank in January 2021, I passed exams in Advance Personal Taxation and Trusts and joined Antrams (now Pembroke) as a Financial Planner.
I enjoy building lasting relationships with my clients to help them understand their options and plan for their financial futures. My expertise is in personal planning and investments.
