Exceeded any expectations we had
I received very prompt, easy to understand information with reference to my position as Power of Attorney for my Downs Syndrome brother regarding a query to transfer his pension to a ‘Drawdown Pension’ to allow funds to be accessed, above and beyond his regular payments, for private health care if government care is insufficient. I received a detailed email laying out important points to consider and suggestions to contact official bodies to acquire clarification. David provided a level of service which exceeded any expectations we had, given our other dealings with financial advisers, and my family and I are extremely grateful.
Impressed with the performance of our pensions and ISA
I just wanted to say that I’m really impressed with the performance of our pensions and ISA. In such difficult times it is clear to me that the decisions that the investment committee have made have protected our investments very well.
I was not expecting such an exciting performance
I was not expecting such an exciting performance from virtually everything and must take this opportunity to be serious and tell you how much I appreciate the way you look after everything and nurse my investments along. I have no need to tell you that so much of the detail is way above my head but I know you are keeping your eye on everything and that is very gratifying.
