Tess Simpson APFS
Chartered Financial Planner
After completing her Law Degree at UEA, Norwich, Tess decided to switch to financial services, which she did in September 2000, initially qualifying as a mortgage broker. Since then, Tess has worked in various roles, including paraplanning and as an IFA. In June 2021 she was awarded the prestigious Chartered Financial Planner status.
In recent years Tess has specialised in Pensions on Divorce and she is a member of Resolution. She currently heads up the Pensions On Divorce Expert (PODE) team at Pembroke and provides advice to divorcing individuals and couples, often assisting their lawyers or mediators, as well as providing advice and support to litigants in person.
As well as being a holistic financial planner, Tess has additional specialisms in trusts and Inheritance Tax planning. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, keeping fit by dancing, going to the gym and reading.
