I joined the business in 2017 and have grown alongside it over the past five years.
With varied administrative, research and client support experience, I moved onto project work, managing migrations and novations, and finally, building HR processes and structure in time for the merger of AFS business units in 2022.
I am now CIPDAssoc (Level 5) qualified and manage cross-functional employee relations. Day to day, I am responsible for upholding HR policy and procedures, driving performance and proposals to improve timeliness, quality and efficiency through strategy, standardisation and automation of work, while presenting useful metrics and analyses to help inform business decisions.
Outside of work, I love spending time in nature, hiking and exploring with my dog Molly.
