Patrick Theobalds
Director & Chief Operating Officer
Patrick joined Pembroke Financial in August 2019 having previously worked for Lloyds Private Banking and latterly Standard Life Wealth
During his time at Lloyds Private Banking Patrick was an assistant to a Senior Portfolio Manager and upon his move to Standard Life Wealth Patrick progressed from an assistant role to an Associate Client Portfolio Manager following his attainment of CISI Investment Advice Diploma giving him a breadth of knowledge in personal portfolios, ISA’s, SIPPs & Trusts.
As COO at Pembroke, he leads the operational strategy and organisational development that enables our financial planners, teams, and clients to succeed. With a career grounded in building high‑performing teams and implementing scalable, efficient systems, Patrick’s focus is on creating the structure, clarity, and operational resilience needed for the business to thrive in a continuously evolving regulatory and client environment.
He is passionate about turning strategic vision into practical, measurable outcomes. Whether modernising processes, improving service delivery, driving technology adoption, or developing people, his goal is to ensure that operations elevate the business
