Kathryn Duffield
Executive PA
My role is to provide support to a Senior Manager. My day-to-day tasks include client support, paraplanning, technical support, product training and project work. I am also responsible for arranging monthly PDMs for advisers and taking minutes. On the HR side, I run the payroll, auto enrolment scheme and Group DIS Scheme.
After completing a secretarial course at college, I worked as Secretary to a Regional Manager of a corporate food services company.
I have been working in the financial services sector since 1996, after returning from maternity leave, when I joined a small IFA company in the West Midlands. There, I worked my way up from general administration to Office Manager and started studying for my CII exams.
Following my relocation to West Sussex in 2002, I worked for a number of IFA businesses covering a wide variety of aspects of financial services and obtained CII Diploma in Financial Services, Mortgages and Equity Release.
Since joining Antrams, I have worked in several support roles, with tasks including Gabriel/Reg data report, PI renewal, FCA fees and levies, updating Connect, and implementing SM&CR.
Outside of work, I enjoy walking, gardening, theatre, concerts, eating out and spending time with family and friends.
