Jude Adams
Head of HR
Jude joined Pembroke initially in 2024 in a contracting role for 6 month, with significant HR experience in different sized organistaions.
Her early career she worked with clients such as HR Europe, P&G, Samsung to manage their outsourced sales teams.
Then retraining in HR, working for The Nature’s Bounty Company in an International role, a PE backed company was later sold to Nestle, A2B Assessments in the Disability Education sector and more recently with Living With a SAAS healthcare provider for the NHS.
Her role here is heading up the HR team managing the People side of the business for Pembroke, to grow and continue building good relationships with our clients.
Interests include: outdoor swimming (preferably a heated pool!), anything arty, theatre and music.

Very pleased with Pembroke, Paul in particular was incredibly helpful over a couple of in-person meetings and then numerous emails to select a mortgage and get the application completed. My previous experience of other brokers was not great, they were pushy and tried to sell me overpriced insurance on top. But Pembroke were not like that. I had many questions about various things (interest-only, retirement mortgages, risk etc) and Paul listened to what I was trying to achieve long-term and advised me on what’s feasible and what to avoid for now. He and Julie found us a good deal for our initial remortgage, navigating a bunch of issues with different lender’s requirements. I’m pleased I went with a broker, to guide me through this – worth every penny. I will be back next time I need to change mortgage.

My partner Caroline and I recently bought our first home, and we really cannot overstate how helpful and reassuring Pembroke were throughout the whole process. Without Paul and Julie, our contacts at Pembroke, we probably wouldn’t be moving at all. Paul got straight on the phone with us at the start of the process, managed to explain each step in a really informative yet simple way, and was extremely patient with our various ‘first-time buyer’ questions and emails. Paul found some great mortgage deals for us, explained the pros and cons of each element (like the length of our fixed-rate term), and gave sound advice that made us feel comfortable and prepared.
