I just wanted to let you know how impressed I have been with the very professional way in which Jamie Clay has dealt with a number of queries I have had with regard to my Wrap investment generally and the transfer to Pier in particular. He has answered and explained various points that I have raised with patience and courtesy, for which I am most grateful to him for and which is very much appreciated.

Just to let you know we had a really good session with Jamie Clay yesterday- he was very warm, easy to talk to, listened to our concerns, answered our questions and we found him very helpful and not at all patronising. We’re looking forward to working with him over the years to come.
