Tracy Brailsford
Tracy joined Pembroke in May 2017 having spent over 30 years in financial services, spending all of that time in the Worthing Head Office of MGM Assurance. Tracy had various roles within MGM (now called Retirement Advantage) in the Customer Service area covering the administration of all Life and Pensions contracts right through from New Business processing and Policy Changes to Claims Assessment and Payment. More recently she spent time in a System Test Analyst role ensuring Retirement Advantage’s newly launched product and administration system worked smoothly.

Initially mentored by one of Pembrokes’ best administrators ever, Keith Stevens, Tracy has proven to be a great team player for the Company and her role has been extended to provide support for Ryan Marshall, Andy Knight and Adrian Moy! Not bad, considering she didn’t know anything about the IFA world until coming to Pembroke!
Tracy is Mum to 2 grown children and Nan to two beautiful grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys socialising, holidays in the sun, exercising and spending time with the grandchildren.
