Senior Financial Planner

I had an 18-year career at a large aerospace company, integrating financial planning across business divisions. I decided to change career and pursue my passion to help people with their finances. After running my own mortgage broker business, I joined Pembroke Financial Services in 2022. Since then, I have been promoted to Senior Financial Planner and really love helping clients understand their current financial situation and options they have to achieve their future goals.

Maybe you have wondered if you can retire early or are new to investing. These key decisions are something I love helping my clients with by developing longer term financial plans and scenarios with cashflow software. This helps to compare different options and the associated impact of these decisions.

If you want help with later life financial planning, this is an area I have chosen to specialize in, having obtained the Long Term Care and Later Life Planning qualification as well as Equity Release qualification. I am an Associate Member of the Society of Later Life Advisors (SOLLA) as I’m passionate about helping families plan for these difficult circumstances as well as protecting the estate from inheritance tax.

I enjoy providing an excellent service by listening to a client’s aims, goals, and concerns, and then helping develop a plan to address these.

Outside of work, Jamie loves spending time with his wife and three daughters. Jamie loves exploring the Sussex countryside with friends, whether walking or on a stand-up paddle board (when he is not falling in!). He also enjoys keeping fit and has run both the London and the Brighton marathons.
