Lucas Owers
I support advisers and clients across all aspects of the client journey, from initial enquiries through to ongoing servicing. I am passionate about delivering a high standard of client service, with a strong focus on organisation, professionalism, and attention to detail.
I have built strong customer service and communication skills through a range of client-facing roles within the financial services industry over the last couple of years. These roles gave me valuable experience in understanding client needs, handling sensitive information, and working in fast-paced, regulated environments, helping me develop a strong appreciation for trust, accuracy, and consistency in client service.
Outside of work, I have a keen interest in personal finance and stock market investing, and I keep active by regularly going to the gym. I also play hockey for Brighton and Hove Hockey Club, which I really enjoy, especially the team environment, and it’s a great way for me to stay fit and healthy.
