Head of Advice Proposition

I spent a number of years with major financial services companies in Administrative roles before making the jump into the IFA world in 1999 as a paraplanner. Having spent 3 years paraplanning for the Directors of the businesses I moved into a Head of Paraplanning role. As the business grew, acquired other businesses and was ultimately bought I managed the ever increasing team of paraplanners; ultimately leading a national team across 6 different locations and 80 members of staff.

I then moved into a City based IFA helping to run the Advice part of their business and then eventual integration into a large investment business.

My experience spans paraplanning, proposition, technical and product research as well as leading large team. I have a passion for client service excellence and developing people internally.

Outside of work I’ve ben married to Julie for 23 years and have two grown up children. My hobbies including most forms of keeping fit, running, swimming, cycling, and holidaying. I also love 80s music.
