I have gained valuable experience in the financial services industry, including working within life insurance administration, case management, and adviser support roles. These positions allowed me to develop skills in compliance, document processing, and customer service, as well as providing support and training to team members. I am confident working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, especially going on regular camping and caravan holidays with my nieces, nephews, and the family dogs. I also like to keep active by going to the gym regularly, which helps me stay focused and energised. I share a passion for music with my partner and enjoy attending drum and bass music events together. I also have a keen interest in cooking and trying out new recipes, which allows me to unwind and be creative in the kitchen.

Very pleased with Pembroke, Paul in particular was incredibly helpful over a couple of in-person meetings and then numerous emails to select a mortgage and get the application completed. My previous experience of other brokers was not great, they were pushy and tried to sell me overpriced insurance on top. But Pembroke were not like that. I had many questions about various things (interest-only, retirement mortgages, risk etc) and Paul listened to what I was trying to achieve long-term and advised me on what’s feasible and what to avoid for now. He and Julie found us a good deal for our initial remortgage, navigating a bunch of issues with different lender’s requirements. I’m pleased I went with a broker, to guide me through this – worth every penny. I will be back next time I need to change mortgage.
