Eoin Robinson
My name is Eoin, and I am the newest member of the Harbour and Bridge client support team, currently in training as the SME for Fastrak, and first aider in the Shoreham office.
Since 2022, I have been doing temp work for Pembroke at the Brighton and Shoreham office usually between my time at Bournemouth Uni. This included capturing and organising data within IO, general administration work, and, more recently, mortgage administration.
This work gave me lots of experience and understanding within the world of financial services, which lead me to come to Pembroke fulltime.
I have now graduated from Bournemouth Uni with a 2:1 Bachelor of Arts in Business and Management, with specifications in project management, which I feel will help with my management and organisation within client support.
I enjoy a good chat and always look forward to getting to know people. If you ever see me, please feel free to come up and chat or ask questions, as I am always happy to try help.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, in places such as the south downs, wildlife photography on my Canon DLSR camera, going to the gym, playing games (Video, card, tabletop, etc.) and meeting up with friends, and spending time with my cat, Hunter, and bearded dragon, Sam.
Being back from Uni and starting a fulltime position here at Pembroke is a really exciting for me, I am looking forward to seeing and catching up with everyone here at Pembroke.
I have been dealing with Paul Grennan and Julie Ward for a mortgage that has not been entirely straightforward. Frankly, I am so impressed by the service I have received, that I felt compelled to drop you a line. Fantastic service throughout the process of buying our first home. My partner and I were guided through the process and our circumstances were considered every step of the way. Efficient replies to emails and enquiries with constant updates throughout the process. Paul and Julie a credit to the company who we had personal dealings with throughout, right up to completion.

Very pleased with Pembroke, Paul in particular was incredibly helpful over a couple of in-person meetings and then numerous emails to select a mortgage and get the application completed. My previous experience of other brokers was not great, they were pushy and tried to sell me overpriced insurance on top. But Pembroke were not like that. I had many questions about various things (interest-only, retirement mortgages, risk etc) and Paul listened to what I was trying to achieve long-term and advised me on what’s feasible and what to avoid for now. He and Julie found us a good deal for our initial remortgage, navigating a bunch of issues with different lender’s requirements. I’m pleased I went with a broker, to guide me through this – worth every penny. I will be back next time I need to change mortgage.
