I am delighted to be starting a new role as a Receptionist/ Administrator for Pembroke’s new office in Worthing.
Previously I have worked for over 15 years in the education sector as a Programme and Account Manager. Throughout my career, I have specialized in optimizing business performance, led projects from start to end, and supervised customer service and support teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction. Qualified with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, I am passionate about driving efficiency and implementing positive change.
Away from work, I recharge through yoga, sauna sessions, exploring nature and travelling with my children and friends
- 2019 – 2025: Programme Manager & Course Administrator Manager within the Medical English Training sector
- 2008 – 2015: Various roles within the Language Training industry, progressing from Operations to Product Management and Head of Foreign Languages in UK
