Roz is our newest addition to the mortgage team, joining us in August 2021.
Roz started in ‘the business’ as a part-time loan processor and administrator, helping out a then customer at the independent bakery and catering company that she worked at and managed in her village.
She quickly realised that her skills and passion for customer service could be better utilised by joining his team full time, and thereafter Roz gained her knowledge and understanding of the mortgage industry from brokers with many years of experience.

Roz has worked with highly experienced, award-winning, brokers at her most recent role with a broker/packager where she gained a thorough knowledge of ‘quirky and complex’ cases. Here she attained the CeMap qualification, and she is looking to build on this foundation with further qualifications whilst at Pembroke.
Roz’s main priority is to ensure that clients are looked after and given a mortgage service which is second to none – that’s what gives her the reward of a “day in the office”.
Outside of work, Roz enjoys yoga – attending festivals and retreats throughout the year. She loves walking along the South Downs and is a lover of all things vintage.
